The Building

The Royal Baking Building is a turn of the century brick and beam building formally used for baking, warehouse, and storage facilities. There are tall ceiling heights ranging from approx. ten to fourteen feet and wide open floor plates ranging from 60' to 120' in width and length. An option for off street parking is available inside the building.

Uses

The existing uses for the building are office, industrial manufacturing, and local retail business. The building is located in the City of Boston, Article 50, Roxbury Neighborhood District, MFR/LS subdistrict. Allowable uses include multi-family residential, ground floor local retail business, ground floor general retail business, place of worship, community center and other approved uses.

Location and Access

Located along a heavily traveled mixed use corridor on Warren Ave abutting Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. The building is approximately a ten minute car ride to Downtown Boston. It is accessed by automobile and public transportation.
